2 kg Bolo, Rasin Rib or Chuck roast
1 cup chutney
1 cup water
Seasoning of your choice
Season meat and brown it, to seal in your flavour. Place everything in your slow cooker and turn it on.
High 4-6 hours, low 6-8 hours, auto 5-6 hours. The liquid can be used as your gravy.
Cool, slice and serve, with vegetables and starch of your choice.
