2 kg of Bolo or Raisin rib
1 cup chutney
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Brown your meat to seal in the flavour. Spice the meat with salt and pepper and place it in the slow cooker. Add the chutney and the water.
Cook on Auto for 5-6 hours, low for 6 -8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Cool and slice, pour the juices and gravy from the pot over the meat.
